Greenhouse is an industry-leading hiring software on a mission to make every company great at hiring. Their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) offers solutions from talent sourcing all the way through onboarding and beyond.

The CandorIQ team isn’t just excited about this integration because it’s a great platform—which it is! We’re also proud to partner with Greenhouse because of our shared passion for creating tools that make the workplace more equitable.

By directly integrating with Greenhouse, CandorIQ customers can now seamlessly transfer their new hire data into their compensation and headcount planning platform.

How to integrate with Greenhouse

Thanks to our direct partnership with Greenhouse, setting up your integration is extremely easy. Simply find Greenhouse in the Integrations tab of your CandorIQ Settings and enter your API key.

From your CandorIQ homepage: Settings → Integrations → Explore Providers: Greenhouse → Connect → Enter API Key → Save

How to use your Greenhouse Integration 

Using your integration is even easier than getting it set up. Navigate to the “Search ATS Offers” button in the Offer section of the CandorIQ platform, then type in the name of the candidate. Once you select the appropriate name, your offer auto populates with the corresponding information.

From there, you can edit the information—if necessary—and generate an offer letter.
