The process is pretty intuitive and should feel like an ungraded, all0in-one-place version of your current process.
Step 1: A hiring manager submits a request on the platform. They’ll include necessary information like compensation, hiring date, role-specific details, etc..
Step 2: Once submitted, HR and Finance will get notified to review it.
Step 2½: Modify, leave comments, and revise back and forth until all stakeholders are aligned.
Step 3: Once approved, the role will show up in the Headcount Tracker—plugging it into the org chart and headcount dashboard. Giving you visibility on cashburn, in-review headcount, and other information by org, department, or manager.
