With over 25 years in Total Rewards as a practitioner, consultant and technologist,
Chad helps his clients design and deliver strategies for rewarding the workforce of the
future. He specializes in designing broad-based compensation plans, including job
architectures, market analyses, salary structures, cash and equity incentives, total
rewards communications, etc. Chad believes people-centered designs help drive more
compelling employee experiences and sustainable organization performance.
Chad is a frequent teacher and speaker on Total Rewards topics, including touch points
with future of work, performance, competencies/skills, and technology, and he has been
a faculty member with WorldatWork for over 15 years.
Chad is a life-long resident of Colorado where he enjoys too many outdoor activities to
mention. He received both a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and
Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Colorado.
